They are reserved for people who had to ride the short bus.

My frame is severely rusted. I just looked under there for the first time in 5 years. Why does Toyota quality suck? It looks like I drive in salt all winter, park near the beach all summer, never washed it, never coated it, and never cared for it. WTF Toyota you suck!!! :angry face:

Since pretty much forever....Mine's a SWB Short Bus.

And yes, SWB is indeed superior. Al Gore would have you believe that the hole in the ozone layer is due to CFC's or something. It's not. Toyota flew up there and grabbed a ton of it to make the best color ever. Then they put it on the best truck ever.

    CHECK MATE!

The fuel consumption is about what I expected from a truck, neither great nor horrible. I cringe a bit at the gas pump (who, other than the wealthy, doesn't today), but that certainly hasn't slowed me down all that much on the road.

The underside (frame, etc) is almost a work of art (paint, caulking, seals, etc). In fact, the underside was so pretty when new, I actually thought about waxing it like the exterior. I was able to restrain myself (mainly due of the amount of work), but I have put extra effort into caulking, cleaning, and similar, when installing accessories.

Anyway, if you want something to argue about, how about music? I'm tired of seeing guys riding around in pickup trucks (wearing baggy pants and hoodies) listening to rap crap (hip-hop, etc). Pickup trucks were made for country music, and country music was made for pickup trucks. Classic rock is at least as good. The rest (modern pop, rap, hip-hop, jazz, opera, etc) just doesn't belong.

I think it's pure idiocy to declare a certain style of music "crap" and suggest that one is factually better than another. Music is defined as any audible arrangement of sounds that are viewed as pleasing to the listener.

I don't have very much rap that I'll listen to. However, Lupe Fiasco's album "Food and Liquor" is one of my favorite albums ever. Then again, in the span of 30 minutes I'll go from listening to Lupe Fiasco to Dire Straights and then to Melody Gardot, then I'll blast the Tchaikovsky's Nut Cracker for a while.

I don't limit what I like based on arbitrary rules. If it's beautiful I'll listen to it; simple as that.
