LOL and he has a Flowmaster.

2 of the worst mods you can do to a Tacoma.

Proven science behind my statement, what do you have but insults?

Now move along, Nothing to see here.

If you switched your intake back to 100% stock and changed your muffler to a 14-18 inch magnaflow 2.25 in/out muffler you WILL see an improvement over your current set up.

MY98 - 33" BFG ATs, Bilstein 5100 shocks & struts, Firestone rear air-bag kit, Hawk LTS pads, Brembo rotors, 350k+ miles, frame patched together with snot, wood chips and man glitter. MY14 Forester - Who really cares. It runs, has an amazing audio system, but the engine is basically a 2-stroke.
I had an eBay intake with an SPT/K&N cone filter but I couldn't stand the roar at mid throttle. I switched it back to stock and, though it feels weaker, it's much easier to live with. I don't need another loud DD. That's what the Subaru is for.

That said, I'm only referring to the K&N panel filter. I might go for it if it's worth a few ponies, otherwise I'll throw in an OEM paper filter.

Wait, who has a Flowmaster? My exhaust is bone stock and will remain that way until it rots. :)

Water pump too? Mind if I ask how much that set you back? I'm still debating whether to do it myself or pay the dealer or family mechanic.

Really proven? because AFE (What he is running) is nearly the same design as the K&N and same price. Yet he talks shit about K&N because he doesn't like the brand.
MY truck is supposed to get 15/17 mpg stock!
I get 20-22 mpg with my setup thank you! So please tell me why stock would get better than a 5mpg increase?

Installed my new Philips X-Treme Power headlamps today :) Waiting for it to get dark so I can drive it at night. But even during the day I can tell these things are a lot whiter than stock.

Also I washed the truck after loading it up with all my stuff to head back to Montana this week. So please ignore the bro lean, it's not intentional. :) I've got all sorts of crap back there..Futon, Raft, Oars...everything.
