Does anyone around Raleigh do tuning? I would love to get my cats tuned out of the ECU bc I will not replace them anymore (3times) any I'm tired of looking at the CEL.

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
have you removed them? if so, an O2 simulator should remove the CEL.

No, they are still on the truck and both front and rear O2 sensors are new within the last 6 months. What is an O2 simulator?

if you remove the cats, you can install an O2 simulator to simulate the optimal readings that you would normally get. most use these when doing long tube headers.

also, if the cats are clogged, it can cause engine issues and fires as well. ditch them completely if you dont want to replace.

Sounds like the way to go. Do you have to cut the cats out? Do you have this on your truck?
