Kinda hit the gym hard today with some crossfit.

7 rounds of 3 minutes, each minute a different exercise doing as many reps as possible of that exercise. Had a one minute rest between each 3 minute set.

    95lb thrusters
    Burpee's
    Sit-ups

I was going for total reps of each exercise combined and got 301.

    75 total thrusters
    73 total burpee's
    153 total sit-ups

    So I got 2 questions....

I was at 150lbs a week and a half ago...I started a new job so I've been adapting to the job, well I skipped last week, the week before I went 4 days. So I went back today...I weighed 142....now my new job is in a warehouse and its pretty warm in there the majority of the day, but I don't think I've sweated so much to lose 8lbs in a week...maybe the scale is off? But i don't think so...it's a fancy one. But I didn't know if you guys have any input on weight loss and such. I've been keeping a regular diet. Breakfast in the am, lunch around 1 and dinner...it's not like I haven't eaten anything...

And for question number 2. In the past month in a half since starting Kre-Alkalyn I have noticed that under my left nipple I have a tissue that has formed, kinda like when you go through puberty...but this one is much larger than that. Not real big, maybe a small marble size, maybe... It's pretty sensitive. Any ideas?

You might have lost water weight and muscle mass....Were you wearing anything different between the 2 weigh in's? Maybe some heavy shoes or jeans in the first and shorts with no shoes in the second?

I didn't think so...a buddy of mine said he has them as well but he's never taken Kre-Alkalyn.

Unfortunately no...wearing gym shorts and a shirt like an under armor one. And it may have been water weight, but I haven't weighed 142 in about 2-3 years. I've hung around the 146 mark and when I started at the gym is when I jumped to 150 which I was happy with to see that I was actually gaining from it.

speaking of major water weight loss, my buddies dad did was competing in an ultra man this past weekend, unfortunately had to drop out of the run, after losing a immense amount of water weight. started at 175lbs, by the time he dropped out he was 159lbs!

Gyno, especially if it's sensitive. Your e2 levels may be rising. You can try a natural test booster and or seek medical advice if it worsens or doesn't go away. Blood work is always a wise decision....

To lose that much muscle mass in a week I would think, would be lack of food, dehydration etc.
I'd also suggest adding some BCAA's (powder) to help preserve the muscle u do have.

    Icon/All Pro.....chopped for 35's
Could have been a combination of increased activity and sweating with lower sodium foods and dropped water weight!.....especially if you were drinking a crap ton of water (flushing the system) and then stopped for a day or two and you inadvertently did what fighters/wresters do to cut weight!

    Just a scenario?

No possible way to drop that much muscle in a week, your body is smarter than that!

When I worked construction in the summers here, I could literally eat/drink whatever I wanted (or not at all since the heat will zap your appetite) and stayed as cut as could be since I was so active and sweated my balls off!

I use to go to the gym 4-5 times a week and life, but nothing impressive, just more so to stay in shape. But now I haven't been in over a month, with working 10-12 hour days, then 5-6 hours of school every night its been hard to find time. Only time I really ever have is maybe the weekends so I've been considering waking up an hour earlier than I normally do for work and go to the gym then. My question is, what should I eat prior to going, if anything? Oatmeal with some berries or yogurt? I already eat fairly healthy, just don't want anything too filling when I wake up then go to the gym. Or should I just stick with a protein shake prior then eat breakfast after...if I can, lol. Just never really been good with the nurtrition part of working out, such as, when the right time to eat something is, that type stuff
