Thanks Brett, it's a slow slow build lol. Your truck looks awesome too but I really really love the dog. Boxers are my favorite and I really want to get one. What is his/her name?

I paid $82 but I live in Canada and everything is much more expensive with tax, brokers fees and shipping. However I did get a great deal from a local shop up here considering (The Gear Shop). I believe Allpro sells them for $69 on their site so shipping to your location might not be that bad.

    Thanks Jamie

Unfortunately progress will need to come to a hault as I decided to go back to school and they are taking all my money, so for now, no on board air. Plus I don't go wheeling that much and when I do a friend of mine said I can borrow his portable air whenever I like. Which I will be using this weekend. Are you coming on this trip? Would love to see the truck since all the new additions.

Just a few pictures of the truck in action on a trail run with a local club. Thanks to GeoPete for taking the pictures.

So I got a Smart Bin for the truck. It is 50 gallons/189 litres and the dimentions are 24.5 x 40 x 18 (L x W x H) so it will hold a lot of items such as shackles, snatch strap, first aid kit etc. :DThey say you can stand on it but seeing as I am no slim fast model I did not want to test it out but it is pretty strong plastic. It is also made of 100% recylable plastic. $40 from south of the border at Walmart. I have those items plus fire extinguisher (in there until I get a mounting bracket), blanket, folding chair and still lots of room.

Hey man nice truck. Do you know what your measurements from center of hub to top of wheel well are? I have the same OME setup sitting in my garage and i am about to do the install on my access cab. Just curious how much lift you got. Have your dakars settled at all? I am debating getting top plate spacers for the 885s because i do not want more than 2 inches of rake. Thanks in advance.

Hey Evan thanks. I only have the measurements for the rear and I did get a full three inches. Check post 74 (I think 74) in the thread below.

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/su...ar-hub-fender-measurements-4.html#post4319082

But I think I did get the full three inches in the front as well and maintained the factory rake. However I am looking at getting the spacers as well and try to get it a little more level. The Dakar springs have not settled a whole lot but they ride like a dream with weight in the back.

Hope that helps and good luck. You will love it.

Hey Jamie I would love to come out in the powder but the real powder I want to hit is in the mountains and in order to do that I need to fix this stupid knee lol.

That's why I have not been around. I actually go under the knife tomorrow and hope this one works out. But yeah once I am able to walk around I hope to hit a few trails in December.

Plus I have to see your truck in action. I have not seen it since the long travel so looking forward to it. Save some powder for me. Cheers.

So I added a tonneau cover. I got it for nothing so trying it out. So far I like it and I am thinking of getting a lock for the tailgate to make it more secure.

So I got the tonneau cover and thought it would be wise to get a locked tailgate as well since I keep a few things back there. I thought these pictures would be cool after a big snow dump but not so much  but you get the idea.
