I'm a fan of the half skid. Through a horizontal cross member at the top of the slide plate then two vertical ones between the new cross and the top of the bumper. Fill in with a mesh plate and carry that through the wings too.

 

That cross member would be a must, and the expanded metal would look pretty good too

 

can you guys tell me the pros/cons to having your sway bar removed?

 

Out of curiosity, who all is driving without their sway bars?

I've had to swerve hard a few times to avoid things in my years, my sway is still on Maybe if I step up the front springs from 620# someday I'll take it off.
