You can use any bike. Beach cruisers, vintage bikes and customs are usually the norm tho.

You can always buy a cheap on on CL or Walmart and Redo it to make it your own. that's what I did with one of my bikes

 

Let me know if you buy tickets to this beach cruiser event.. My wife and I will go for sure if we can get some people to go with.

 

I'd be in. I know Lyd would want to go too, just need to get her a beach cruiser which we were plannin on anyways.

Seriously, if you wanna get some used beach cruisers we can make a mod day out of it.. I think a beach cruiser mod day would be a lot of fun.. I can setup the house so we have an indoor wrenching area, and an out door make-shift paint booth.. Hell if anyone is down with helping fix the keg-a-rater I got we can have beer on tap too!

 

Almost made it to U Fix It and realized I brought the wrong bushings! I guess I will brave the heat tomorrow instead.

 

Shitty! I hate when I order wrong parts, gear up for a job, then have to wait.

 

I'm In. I have weekends off again starting next week. I will have to take that day off for the event but that isn't a big deal. This is a fun one. It would be cool to do one of these with a solid group instead when I go alone or if its just two of us.

What are you replacing?

 

Just Leaf Springs. I know I could pop out the old ones, but I want to use the new ones and I don't work until 3pm tomorrow so I will just do it in the morning.

thats crazy! i knew it was far, but didnt realize HOW far until I mapped it. oh well.
