Come to American Motorsports and we'll get you set up with some high end tie rods.

Will even do custom 4x spindles too.

That s not the point.. I can Fab my own bullet proof tie rod.. its the ramifications that may happen when the tie rod doesn't fold that I'm worries about.

    ...too much shit to list.
I replaced the rack bushings with polyurethane bushings the week I bought the truck, and before front LT. The stock rack bushings are junk.

Not sure about your truck, but a brand new rack for my truck from Toyota is $600. $350-$600 if I buy a rebuilt aftermarket unit with a lifetime warranty.

Oh I agree, but if you are running a stock rack on crawler trails, then that's a different story. You might as well shoot yourself in the foot because a steering box will save you time and money. Then again so will the SAS and other high end mods.

It's all good as long as you leave my water mark. We gotta go out on a run. I'd like to snap a few pics of your truck too!

You sir are correct! This is the result of heimed steering on my 05 and crawling with it:

Just the abuse from impact. Think jumpin and landing with the wheels turned all the time. Stock Tie-Rods break before they beat the rack up like that.
