Well I got a little more time to work on Erics truck so I finished up the bracket for the orbital valve. The bracket bolts on to the frame using two of the steering box bolts, and is a combination of plate/tube to finish off the mount. Tacked it three more times trying to get the angle just right with the steering shaft from the column:

Have you decided on what you're going to do with the bed cage?

    Yes and no..

    1. I am going to cut off the entire back half including the main hoop supports (leaving the main hoop) and then add proper triangulation to it and make something similar to Mark's (maybe) and run fiberglass bedsides (dovetailed and bobbed)

    2. Rework what I have now so it looks better until I get money and time

    3. Fuck it

Mark got some more work done. According to PSC we have to move the ram back 1/4" to make it optimal with their standards. Easy enough.

I will be ordering stop tubes leaving the steering stops 1/8" gap so the ram doesn't bottom out on them.

Pump is mounted, I guess the TC style pumps mounting area is slightly different than the stock pump, had to use washers to space it properly so the pulley will align correctly.

Got my U-joint from borgeson to connect the shaft/orbital, tapped 2 set screws and ground a flat spot on the orbital.

Mark even utilized the last remaining bolt from my old steering box to keep the lines off my tires.

Problems we ran into so far are air bag sensors and relays and other small relays in the way. And the main radiator hose is in the way...

Damn you beating me to the punch!

Yeah got the pump squared away in the bracket...used some steel spacers to "space" the pump to the front side of the factory bracket, this puts the pulley where it needs to be.

    2012-08-12151734_c062f743b6a565003f3ed2db4908114064a0c5b9.jpg

Used a bolt and washer to pull the PS pulley onto the pump (while holding the pulley). This is the proper way to install the pulley to avoid damaging the pump internals. Also the hub with the rib goes outward so a pulley remover can be used later when neccessary.

Borgeson U-joint needed to be drilled and tapped for set screws (90°) apart, and flats ground on the input shaft for the orbital valve. Cut the truck side of the shaft to length and installed the u-joint.

Decided to run the pressure lines to the ram on the outside of the frame for clearance reasons, and made a trick little bracket from some 3/4" black pipe and a steel sleeve. This should located the fixed end of the lines on the frame rail and keep them out of the tire.

The center sleeve is a little long to prevent overtightening the bracket as well:

    2012-08-12194116_def3ed5b0729171e6ef59aababbf70e3c7856614.jpg

Rotated ram forward so the lines aren't on top of the ram limiting up travel:
