I can tell you that this is a steal, and I highly recommend NOT lowering your price. $350 NIB is more than a fair asking price. This is a bad ass amplifier, and for those who want a complete amplified system but dont have the money to buy 2 amplifiers, this is most definitely the way to go. It still delivers unprecedented quality for a 5 channel and has spectacular build and sound quality. 4ch@75w rms and 1ch@300w is more than enough to power 2 quality sub woofers and 4 speakers, including components. If I wasnt such a die hard JL Audio fan, I would sell my amps and buy this one to consolidate space, and would not even worry about losing quality or power over my JL amps. This is a great buy. Just be patient and someone will take it. Retail is $699 and it sells on ebay for around $450, which means cost is probably somewhere around $350. GLWS

bump for the op....i'm running this amp in my truck and i love it!!!!! running compnents in the front doors, coaxials in the rear doors, and a single 10" sub behind the seat. More than enough power for what i'm running. Good deal for a brand new pdx-5!!!!!

btw, i was going to run two alpine pdx amps (4x100 and 500 mono sub amp) and i'm glad i didn't. The pdx-5 has more power than i needed!!!!!
