Just possession, but it still sucks being labeled as a criminal and facing a misdemeanor, I mean, I dont even really drink alcohol, unless you consider 1-2x max per month a drinker and I am talking about 1 drink, not 1 session, lol. But I have been using MMJ for my joint pain and inflammation, as well as controlling extreme nausea on the days I need to take my toxic dose of Chemicals (methotrexate) to control my joint destruction, its actually an oral form of Chemotherapy, if pregnant women take these pills it will terminate their pregnancy, thats how strong this stuff is. And I am in trouble for trying to counteract these side effects?

Thats the route I am on now, next step is talking with a lawyer (P.D.) next week to talk with the details on my case, and give him my stack of over 100 pages on information to look though about my illness, medications, what psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis is, what it causes etc..Oh did I mention the fact that stress triggers my Psoriasis? WooHoo!

I showed them (the Shrf at the time) my old scrip and they didnt care or even ask me why I had MJ. Just treated me as If I was a criminal, and to them I was.

Even the det. that showed up said the DA shouldnt press charges for this, and it wasnt that big of a deal, well apparently SHE did, unbelievable . I dont know why they are trying to hang an innocent citizen that they are sworn to protect, I guess thats the world we live in, guilty until proven innocent, or at least it feels that way to me. But it should turn out OK once they have all the details, they probably start out assuming everybody is a bad guy, until they can see the whole story. I was never asked about my Medical condition..not to mention what I do in my own home as long as I dont bother anyone else shouldnt be anyone elses business anyway, its not like I am selling the damn stuff, and vaporizing it doesnt even smell! Just extra stress is really what it is.

Jason, this makes my blood boil. & your right it's hard to think clearly about your civil rights being violated (what few are left ) when you've been caught off guard with some ridicules accusations (someone screaming ?? WTF ?? ) just to gain entry to your home for whatever reason & sadly this IS the world we've turned into ever since that lying bastard POS prez Bush signed & enacted the so called Patriot Act & the equally lying bastard POS Obama did the same by continuing to enforce it..

You may not want to hear it but maybe you should get ahold of those tree huggers at the ACLU... They CAN actually help at no cost to you , fuck it I would.. I've been banging the drum about how this nation has/is becoming a police state & Big Brother invading everyones privacy, of course I've been ridiculed, even by some in this forum telling me to take off the "tin foil hat". But your situation, MY situation (yes I had a simliar incident several years ago which also involved Secret Service agents ) is just the tip of the iceberg...
