Come on guys, stop being paranoid, we have set ways that the company here is run, basically me becoming involved has thrown things into disaray, Cassandra does all the email communications and administration there are 4 machinists who operate in 2 locations full time, I dont usually get involved in the making of hats or the administration, this was done purely because i noticed traffic comming from this site and saw that it would help you guys if i was to step in and design a hat.

The way things went over the last 2 weeks i couldnt help, i wasn't thinking everyone was going to bail, because at times we have backlogs of 200-300 customers waiting 3 weeks and don't hear a thing. I put it down to the group dynamic that someone panicked and everyone jumped. also i needed a break from a computer because we have been working for 6 weeks prior to my vacation, on the new site design for crazycustomcaps.com which is being launched this or next week, and our new site Crazy Custom Shirts.com

Every one that requested a refund has been refunded.

I will make the backs and send out the 3 caps in a few hours its 1.55 am here currently. When the caps arrive those members can let you know how they look etc.

The remainder of the caps I will probably work something out with Neontrail, I cant afford to risk losing a business relationship of nearly 5 years with paypal over a mass buyers dispute.

All I got to say is I was offline about 14 days due to selling one house/moving into freshly built one & just came back & read a coupla pages & thought there was some for sure no go thing goin on so my bad, I lemming up with the flock. Had I known what the real deal was I'da just waited it out. Again, it was 24.00 & not months of bs runaround so really nothing to be up in arms about from my standpoint concerning my own purchase. Others have their own thresholds. I will purchase one even if the name on back isn't an option at this point. I will also apologize for any gas on the fire with paypal that my refund may have caused. IMHO, folks are touchy with the way some GBs have gone on forums. I know there have been several turned bad GBs even with the best intentions that I have witnessed & been caught up in on other forums. The ones here have seemed to go OK for the most part that I know of. Product development & getting things completed seem to have dependencies & variables that are sometimes are unavoidable.

When the paypal disputes were filed, I don't think any of us had intention to get a refund at that point.

I personally was just trying to get his attention. I know WE all would have understood if we knew then, what we know NOW. :(

:rolleyes:This is simply a prime example of poor communication.

i agree with an above post..Send them out first, then pay.

I think most everyone would still take a hat if they were sent out first as a good measure..Ya know, since you already have some made.

COMMUNICATION is all it takes! Quit making excuses and communicate with your customers! You now have issues with Paypal and it's of your own doing.

I hope you, Brendan, learn from this. Word of mouth travels quickly and CrazyCustom will suffer the consequences. It's a shame because the hats looked great.
