Throwing a surprise 30th for a good friend this weekend. His girls buying all the food and I'm gonna be doin a lot of the cooking. 2 turkeys, a filet, and 4 pork loins. What temp and how long for the loins? 225-250 for 4-5 hours?

I would check them with a meat thermometer around 4 hours, remember like 140-150 at most before you take them out of the oven. They are actually saying pork is done between 140 and 150 now. No more 160.....

To go along with the summer time harvest.

19 pints of canned tomatoes, mix between roma and better boys for these. They are all from my parents plants. I have 2 more grocery sacks filled with big boys and better boys from my garden. I'm guessing i'll have another 20 or so pints or about 10 quarts depending on what i have for jars.

    The better coast
We make jelly all the time, pretty easy. And I tastes way better compared to any of the store brands.
