    Crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in your same shoes but I couldn't imagine selling my Taco!! I'm just set on trying not to spend any money on it for a while. Granted I don't need money too bad at the moment and I dont have many other hobbies eating up time and money. But just based on the time and money I have put into it already I just couldnt part with it unless I got an amazing deal and that is just not going to happen. haha

Well... I factor in wheeling trips

I don't make alot of money, just work alot. Like right now I am on call 24 days straight (volunteered with pay of course!) So $30 for on call pay + $50 for weekends, it adds up + normal pay/overtime  And then when I get called in clock starts at the phone call

COME ON MAN! After all the work and money you put into it, it really makes no sense selling it. Can't you just buy a $600 beater and be an adult and leave the truck the way it is for a while? You have one of the most unique 1st gens I have ever seen, and you and I both know the day after you sell it you will forever have a piece of your soul missing and you will always ask yourself what did i sell it for. Wouldn't it really be cheaper to figure out how to hold back and to not be a perfectionist and how to not mod your truck than it would be to sell it?

We'll see..... Definately goona buy a $600 beater for DD. But another thing is that I need a specific amount of money to invest in this business venture I'd like to go into with my dad. And it looks like I have to use the money i get from selling the truck. So it's either, keep my truck and be happy now, or sell the truck and make an investment towards the future.... If I can somehow get enough money, to keep the truck AND make this investment, then I'll probably keep the truck and not mod it any further until I'm more settled in as far as life goes, but still enjoy it as is. That would be pretty awesome.... We'll see.
lol Well, unfortunately I am unable to do that so it looks like i'll have to sell my truck. :p

Weird, whatever where did you find Volvo 303's at I have been trying to find a set.

Silas do what you need to do on the truck there are always other trucks to build, you'll figure it out good luck with it all. I know I have looked at selling my cruiser on several occassions. Listed it multiple times dropping the price only to end up getting a few low ball offers on it. It has always been a good thing though as it taught me to figure out other ways to come up with cash for projects, investments etc.

Some guy was selling them on Craigslist locally! He ended up not selling them though, so he still has em... I contacted him and wanted to go see the axles, but he never got back to me. :( Are you looking for Portals for your Taco?!?!?! THAT WOULD BE SICK!! haha

And thanks, JW.... I appreciate it. We'll see what happens. And yeah, always other trucks to build! :)
