I pm'ed Brendan this morning and he hasn't sent me the paypal payment request. Has anyone reordered another way?

Exactly! I understand shit happens, but as a business owner and/or representative it is YOUR responsibility to communicate with your customers and keep them informed, especially when it is the customer asking for updates. Neontrail damn near set fire to your email, answering machine and PM's and got NOTHING in return. In my opinion that is a piss poor way of doing business. Remember, YOU are the one that jumped on the site saying we can do this, we can do that. And this backlog of work you speak of, with customers waiting weeks and not hearing anything is not something I would be proud of and use to justify your poor handling of this instance.

Now, I am still interested in a hat, but I am not going to resend $$ before I see a pic of it finished and you send me a paypal invoice. If you want to complete the transaction in this fashion, then lets get the ball rollin'. If not, I can do without it.

If you would like to order again you can send payment to sales@crazycustomcaps.com via paypal. please state your username and what is to be embroidered on the back. Please check your mailing address that paypal has on file for you aswell.

If you are not sure about trust, wait till the hats i send out today get to their homes.

If you need to communicate please send emails to sales@crazycustomcaps.com , where they will be read and replied in a more timely manner, as i don't log in here very often, every email we receive is replied to through the companies email.
