1st thing--check the tire pressure--if it just started happening- and crap in your wheels--could have gotten something on the pads.
Then check the pads for wear. When was the last brake job?

:) When your truck or any vehicle pulls to the left or the right, you look for the problem with the wheel that is OPPOSITE the side that pulls. If your taco pulls to the left, look at the RIGHT front wheel for a problem. The left side is good and the right is weak. Good Luck

    tire pressure OK?
Rust on the rotors? Break in period since down time--CHECK FLUIDS--Moisture from sitting?
Keep us posted--most likely due to sitting for a long period of time.
    Any leaks?
Drive the crap out of it!!!!!!!! that will fix it!
My old 91--harder you drove it -the better it ran.

Your pads should be OK -if they were just changed-- Slam on the brakes a few times- see if the symptom stops or gets worse.
    Again--tire pressure and fluids.
    Valve going bad--IMO not likely.
Could be a caliper sticking--DRIVE IT--loosen up the stiff parts.

Did it get better with use?
What tire pressure are you running? Size of tires?
Ran 28psi all around w/my 32's- I do realize rears should have been lower- Used 26 psi rear when not hauling.
Pretty curvy roads here--good even wear w/28.
I see you are running 33's--Tire pressure?

    Damn, a liberal Tacoma! :D

The left caliper may be more grabby than the right caliper.

Also check your lower control arm bushings for excessive play. While the truck is sitting still, steer left and right through the full range, and see if the lower controls arms shift around.

Have you braked hard and frequently since the restart? That should loosen up the caliper IF it is not defective. My feeling--everything is stiff from lack of use.
35 PSI seems a little high- are the centers wearing out prematurely?
If it is the caliper sticking-change the fluid. you could have gotten some crap(water or condensation) in the reservoir or line during the down time.
Is the reservior CLEAN? Keep us posted!
