    I could only hope, but it's not going to happen. Dudes name is Matt so unless she is a butch lesbo I'm pretty sure it's a guy.

    He will be doing my drafting/spec reading and that scares the crap out of me. Any mistakes made in CAD or reading the specs will cause significant harm to my jobs. It will allow me to do more for the company, but I already manage the guys in the field so I like not having to manage the office as well.

    Hopefully this guy is smarter then I so I don't have to carry him.
