Also, the TRD Off Road has an 8" diff (because of the locker) and all the rest have 8.4" :)

Yup. We have the SR5 package (open diff/8.4") and the TRD off-road package (e-locker/8").

The 8.4" is actually stronger than the 8" due to an extra "girdle" that helps keep the ring gea and pinion from deflecting so it can be nice to just get the SR5 and then upgrade with a locker like detroit truetrac.... but the e-locker is very nice as well! :D

How much does it cost for a good locker set up? I know they can get pricey. I think i've read like 1000$?

I should've been more clear.... sorry. For 1st gens, it's either non-trd off-road or trd off-road. ;) I have the SR5 package on my TRS off-road as-well... So you have the 8" diff.

    Thanks!
(I removed that BS Audiobahn Amp, it was a leftover from an old system, and boy did it suck!)

    Pioneer AVH-3200BT
Alpine Type R 12 shallow mount powered by a Alpine PDX M6 (LOVE THIS COMBO!)
Then I have Focal 30th Anniversary components in the front,
Alpine Type R 6 1/2's in the rear , mids/highs powered by Rockford T400 amp.
All 12g wire ran to every speaker, I did not use any factory wiring at all.
