    I most certainly am not.

I don't build things, this was a big stumbling block for me honeslty. I have the imagination to design, not the ability to actually build it.

I am not making any of these cuts/welds myself. I am doing this through a fab/metal shop outside of town. I would much rather make myself look stupid here, than there.

Whats life without taking on new challenges?

Much thanks to you as well.

I just appreciate the help regardless.

The size of my circles were only for illustration purposes, I would like to use the same size tubing for everything.

So I was on the right path, just the depth of the notch is to watch for.

Jen knows, but anyone else maybe know if all the tubes on her bumper are all the size?

Shit its late. Going to sleep. Anyone, please add anything you can provide. It would be appreciated.

i know the tubes are suppose to be the same size haha my drawing was bad sorry but wat i was trying to show is that when the one tube is welded to the frame, the notch of the tube isnt straight out, its at an angle so the other tube will lay in it perfectly. u get what im sayin/ trying to draw? haha

So I'm really confused and didn't get to ready everything so all I can respon to is yes all tubes are exactly the same diameter.. 3/4 if I remember correctly

Once again no, pretend the green is the skid plate, you just created a gap between the main tube and skid. You want the center line of the tube to line up or the outer edge will not line up. Take the first picture I made and turn your screen 45* and thats how it should line up

If the tubing is the same size the centerlines need to intersect. The only time you offset the notch is when your making tubes like the two center ones that he didnt circle. And even then you offset the depth of the notch in the other direction than what you are thinking. Exaggerated angle to try to make it 3D, the one to the right is turned 90*
