College Life (Help Needed)

mine has a $300 limit, no need for more in my case.

 

My first credit card was a student card from Capital One. No cosigner and a 250 limit that increased to 750 after three monthes of paying the bill on time.

i wish i could afford college. i would go back but that would require to sell my truck and i lny have 11k left so that aint happenening

 

If you don't have one already, get some sort of mattress foam pad to go on top of your dorm mattress. My dorm mattress sucked ass (you could feel the springs when you lightly brushed your hand over the top) but I had a foam pad thing that I put on top but underneath the fitted sheet and it was much better. Eventually it kinda wore out and my back started getting sore, so I managed to rig a hammock in my bed using the extra stuff that you can ask for to make a bunk bed/loft and my back problem went away. Have fun with college!

Oh, and if you don't have some sort of semi formal wear packed, consider taking at least a dress shirt. My roommate freshman year decided to rush and he needed formal wear but forgot to bring any, so he had to try and buy something last minute and it was a pain in the ass for him.

 

haha i contemplated buying a mattress cover but the dorm bed i slept on was pretty good but getting one wouldnt hurt.

 

As a cadet I was going to sleep at 11 and waking up at 5 everyday.
I thought the matress was alright too, didn't buy a topper right away

Then I got one

Well guys I've moved in and I dont have a roommate A spare bed for other uses

Slide that other bed to yours a make a bigger bed! A girl would much rather be in a king size bed than a twin

 

odds are that spot will get filled eventually with a roomie

 

Thats what im afraid of. Maybe luck will be with me. The last 2 roomies that i was supposed to have 1.changed rooms, and 2. changed colleges alltogether.

I'm enjoying the space while i can i suppose.

 

Two of my suitemates moved out of our 3-bedroom dorm suite when I was a freshman. The strangest thing...they moved out of the SAME ROOM. So we ended up having an empty room for a while. Then like 2 weeks before school ended someone else moved in. It was weird, but my roommate was cool.

 

Might wanna invite some girls over to study before somebody moves in
