    I dont know, I wouldnt trust it! Don't quote me on this but I think tha range (C, D, E) has to do with how many pounds of weight the tire can safely hold, mainly the side walls. And every tire and every size is different. For instance my KM2s are E rated but on the lower side of E so they arent too stiff on road but are really strong offroad and can be aired down to 10 psi and the sidewalls still hold up really strong! But a C sounds too weak to me! Look at like tirerack.com or other similar websites and it should tell u each tires rating and how much lbs of pressure they can take. There should be a pretty big difference in street tires and offroad tires
