    My grandparents used to live on the copper gulch road from westcliffe to Cotopaxi. They lost their house to the fire that went through there though.

    Go to an auto broker and have them find what you want. I used HM Brown off Arapahoe for both the runner and the truck. Easiest car purchases I ever made. Ask for Dave Nolt. :)

    Wife and I have a second already. Hers before we got married in Frederick, CO. Nice newer 3bd. It is like $30k or so under value. We are loosing on it bad. Renting it out for like $300 under the mortgage payment. Can't refinance because of it being under value so much, would have to pay like $50k just to refinance. Not a fan of pushing for rent every month. Wondering if the house is getting destroyed.
