The holster is connected to the adhesive pads with zip ties and the pads stick to the console. does not budge one bit. in my earlier post there is a link to a write up on this method. VERY easy and cheap.

some of this, a little of that

Any problems with the adhesive pads sliding when it gets really hot? I had something mounted in my truck with adhesive backed velcro strip, as soon as the temps hit mid 90's it just slid down and failed.

That thing looks sweet! If I had a handgun I would get that for sure, however it looks like it could be too tall for the center console, I'm not sure. I would still mount it in my truck for sure though.

Simple solution: Move. That's the beauty of this republic and how the founders intended it so that people could choose a state with laws that most closely resembled their own beliefs while still being an American. Well, that is until the federal government took over and started forcing all states to conform to the exact same laws because it's what's 'best' for everyone.

It was rather simple for me. I ordered the center console organizer a member is selling here and love the damn thing!

Keeps my .380 Taurus out of the junk, and within very easy reach.

Mounted mine this weekend using the XD holster that came with it and the 1" adhesive backed mounting bases. Left the pistol in it all day saturday with a full mag in the closed garage. It was just about 100 degrees outside and 98 in the garage. After the entire day it had not budged. Took it for a drive also and no wiggling :)

i have a buddy with this mounted under his dash/leg area in his truck. its really strong and its easy to access when its not holster on your body

    http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/product/ZAA-105

just another idea that i didnt see mentioned.

i usually just stick my gun in between the center console and the passenger seat while im driving...easiest access
