Give me a few months after starting my new job. Then the runner will get a make over. Hell I may even paint it. but the red doors are growing on me. Haha.

 

Yeah especially on the 3.4 the charger makes a huge difference!!

 

I filled up last night matter of fact and it was right at $70 for premium. Being able to run mid-grade would have made my tank about $68 instead. I can find other ways to save $1.70 per tank of gas but it's really hard to up your power that much for only $1.70 per tank of has w/o a supercharger. Not really even a consideration when you look at it in real world numbers really.

 

Would you be willing to pay an extra $1.70 per fill up to increase your horsepower ~30%?

 

It cost me like $45 to Fill up from empty. So I'm good with a little more.

How did you fill up on $45 worth of gasahol? You have a massive bag of cash hidden in your gas tank that offsets how much gas you can haul?

 

No it's a 2000 runner. My tank is half the size of the new runners and tacomas. But I also only get like 220 per tank so I have to fill up more than when I had my 2007 Tacoma. In the end it's the same amount of money for me I just fill up more.

 

why are you selling the tires and wheels ?

 

Well, the same thing about how much more it would cost applies you just have to do it twice as often.

 

Oh I'm not worried about filling up with gas. I have come to peace with it. My runner will be supercharged. It was the plan since day 1 when I bought it.

 

really I get about 250-260 out of my tank city highway got almost 300

never mind you have auto

 

Yup it drains me having an auto. 240 is pushing it for me. In my 07 Tacoma I was getting 380-400 a tank.

 

I figured someone would notice they are on craigslist. I just want to go back to the stock wheels and maybe a 32" tire instead of the 33's. I bought those the first week I had the truck and didn't really think about it very much. In reality though, I wouldn't be angry if they don't sell. I just get bored with things way too quick

Yeah I loved the manual in my 07.
