    Evening all: Another project!
Learning how to set up, and maintain a Bethlehem Dynatherm oil furnace.
Seems like the "EXPERTS" don't know their butt from a hole in the ground.
After 26 yrs. of black soot, because they can't set it up, I think it's time to try to do it right. I finally got a service manual that tells you A-Z on how to setup this furnace. Maby I should give it to them, because they seem to be only doing a Half A-- job!
Found out that pump pressure and CO2 reading is the key, and none of them ever used a pressure guage on the pump, or took a CO2 reading.
OR: Maby time for a new furnace!

Morning all: The guy that said; If you want it done right do it yourself, must have been on to something!
Thing is: the CO2 tester kit is expensive, but I would think the guys that set up furnaces would have it. THEY DON'T; or they have it, and don't want to take the time to use it.

I am running a MyFi now but the reception and ease of operation is starting to drive me crazy.

    DSC_0046_4a43b428ba127a39d0ee5159f4cade57c334b7ca.jpg

I have since installed a Pioneer P3300BT in the Tacoma.

    DSC_0150_cc7b56f7211e0e19e3f6bab8830a259f9a99ef3e.jpg

I am thinking of removing the MyFi and installing a Pioneer GEX-P920XM which will integrate into the Head Unit and offer me the ease of tuning and remove the clutter from the dash. The other big advantage is that it will eliminate the need to change frequencies of the output from the MyFi.

The cost is $89 for a refurbished unit from Crutchfields. The price for a new unit is $99 with a current $50 rebate if you are adding this a a new XM radio. I looked and the I would only save $35 if I cancelled my existing subscription and added a new radio at a later date.

I was hoping to find someone on this forum that runs the same setup to see how much they liked the Pioneer XM tuner.

FYI: The Tacoma is the second vehicle I have had the MyFi installed in which is the reason for the reuse of the MyFi.

THX Jim. I saw one thread that had the unit mounted under the front passengers seat. I might just do that as well. Sure beats ripping out the fold down seats in the rear to mount the unit in the factory location.
