my 250sx felt like a 450f, it was crazy. This KX is pretty soft on the bottom but you better hold on if you want to rev it out!

I've owned every brand of motocross bikes except KTM. They are so bad ass now! They have stepped it up big time and I really want one! I rode my friends recently and that KTM was a rocket!!!

Awesome bikes guys! My next step is to get a gnarly pipe and FMF shorty for my 09 ktm 200 xcw. The guy I bought it from replaced the stock exhaust with a FMF aero core....its too quiet. But he got it so its legal for the woods (spark arrestor).

What would you guys reccomend as to where to get new exhaust? Also looking for a new graphics kit. Any ideas?

lol are the boots shopped in the pic? Nice bike BTW, huge upgrade:D

I absolutely loved the engine in my 250sx (2 stroke). But the suspension needed work. You pretty much have to get it revalved and sprung if it has no linkage. My '06 kx250 on the other hand just needed the sag set to feel really nice.

Personally, I'd just get the gnarly and keep the spark arrestor silencer. Quiet keeps trails open and keeps the dirty hippies from turning the whole country into California when it comes to bikes.

Anyone got a guess on what year this is? My friend was looking at it for a cheap project bike.

I ride a 09 yz450 but just the other day I got to ride a friends 08 ktm 450 and man was I NOT impressed! I was so used to my bike and got arm pump within 5 minutes of being on the ktm. And I thought ktm's were known for their power but not on this one, my yamaha had way more bottom end.

Looks decent, I would keep the tank if it's not leaking. Price is high though.
