I just got a bit bored with the site in general, no offense to anyone here. Then, the posting of pictures of retarded children crossed the line and I didn't find the site all that enjoyable anymore. I get it, it's the internet and anything goes. Sadly, so do most of the people who can carry on discussions.

Lots of great people here, unfortunately they get lost in the drivel.

I'm still here lurking quite a bit, just not posting as much. But yea, I expect and welcome the drivel in there. I'll be here.

Besides, our arena deal should be done by then. ;)

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
It's NY-ese, more commonly a dialect for the Long Island region. You can tell by the replacing of "S" with a "Z". Also the CAPS LOCK. Long Islander's are a loud people.

Anonymity+lack of consequences = No discussion

In civilized society people with differing opinions do discuss them vs. letting it escalate to entirely inflammatory remarks, name calling and violence.

In an online environment people are free of public scrutiny, and repercussion. By repercussion I also mean consequences. If two people were face to face, even if they had strong differences of opinion, people do not speak to one another as they do in an online environment.

Why? Because one of two things happens, either

    A. You get your teeth knocked down your throat for talking to someone in such an hostile, aggressive manner, or
    B. People will simply just walk away from you because your an idiot and lack the intelligence to actually carry on a civil conversation.

Even as this thread began people felt compelled to start their post by name calling and speaking in a manner likely to insight others. Why? They feel free to do so.

People often take on a persona online which is a reflection of who they want to be or how they view themselves, even though in reality they are quit different, an alter ego if you will.

Another issue is emotion (or lack of emotion) can be difficult to project online, people sometimes choose the wrong words or people read emotion into sentences when none is intended.

Online conversation when differences of opinion exist is challenging by itself but add in the elements above and it quickly breaks down to a locked thread.

Although seemingly a little childish, emoticons can help convey your intent, use em.:D

It's because the sine people try to talk over the cosine people then the threads seem to go off on some weird tangent.

You've put the "delinquent" back in juvenile.
hehe. Because everyone thinks they matter more than someone else when really, none of us matter.
