doesn't say flat black just has the black top in the store there was only two choices silver and black. honestly getting the right color where it didnt look bad was what had me worried the most when i was deciding to do the rims but this color its not flat or gloss in my opinion its just the right color you'd want for rims

De-badged and de-pinlined the entire truck today with the help of a friend, looks so much cleaner. Next step fix all the small dents and new paint job. My guy Dell, the one in the photo taking off the TRD sticker, is a magician with body work. I'm lucky my father knows a lot of good people. This was all done in 10 minutes with that handy eraser spin wheel tool he had.

Also added a new sticker that I ordered off the JL Audio site because I thought it was funny/awesome.

Dang dude lookin good! Your shit looks brighter than mine. I think I actually need to move a couple around to throw a little light better. Some of mine are tucked up kind of high so they don't throw out only down.

Thanks! I really don't like wiring stuff but I'm too anal to do it shitty. Everything is soldered, heat shrinked and wire loomed

Brandon, I welded tabs on my rear bumper and on the frame so the lights disperse outwards a bit. I also have lights facing backwards in the rear fender wells onto the rear tires so I can see in my side mirrors where my tires are. I didn't plan it like that either LOL That was just the best place to mount the light and have it be sturdy enough for my liking.

Cleaned, prepped and primed my BAMF sliders.

    They are drying/curing now.

What a f'in pain in the @$$ because the cans of primer I bought only sprayed material if I held it upside down.

    All f'in 6 cans.

got the lift installed. man, what a difference. the road manners are much better without the blocks and spacers. ride is really cushy.

looks like I gained about an inch over the 5100s set at 2.5 plus a 1 inch spacer. But those TRD coils were probably sagged. and a 1 inch block in the rear with stock leaf springs.

That was my setup for over a year. It ride great until I got my 882's, then I really felt the difference.

nope i changed to a 285/75r16 because it was a P.I.T.A to get 255's around where i live. If i had kept the 255 size i would have needed the spacers though, there was plenty of room for them.
