Honestly, I've heard mixed reviews on every product I've reasearched......its poss I may not even see extreme results as I'm sure my levels are normal. What other benefits have you seen?

In the 50's since I started running again.....was high 60's-70's upon waking up.

The reason i asked is because mine currently is around 45 but i have been seeing the cardiologist and they have seen it as low as 38. I would consider myself out of shape at the moment so its hard for me to believe i have the heart of a well tuned athlete. Same to them. Testing continues.

I just started the program myself.

What I'm worried about are the muscles that are being neglected such as calves and abs... Do you work these out on the other days?

That's really low. When I was working in the hospital I had a Marine Sniper come in for blood work and had a pulse of 40bpm which was the lowest I'd ever seen.

What makes you "out of shape"? Looks, lab test, do you get winded easily? One of the results of having a lower heart rate is it takes more activity to get you winded and can recover quickly cause it's not as high as someone who walks around closer to their "limits". I noticed I can work out hard and feel like dying but a minute of two later I'm almost 100% again. You live at higher elevation and could just have low stress levels and good recovery abilities?

LOL.....I'm sold, jk! I already have that covered but would one cycle be enough to see some results? I've seen most do 2 before they judge it?

Ummm, but what about the working out? LOL

I basically want to drop a couple more bf%, little more lean mass, harden up a bit and increase my recovery rate. Diet is on point and so is training although I'll prob add another leg day in for good measure.

I used to have a pretty low heart rate and blood pressure. resting rate was something around 60 i think, and i never considered myself to be in great shape. my main form of exercise is going to work now in construction which includes carrying a lot of materials around, carrying and climbing ladders, some balance related, and aside from work, beer curls, playing with dogs, playing with horse.

Best thing I can say is try it. Try some ZMA from Muscle Pharm also. Helps with sleep and recovery.
