    did a little bit of work on my slash today.

    used some aluminum shock posts from my team c cars and mounted them further in on the shock tower so i could use shorter springs and keep a lower ride height.

    BADS:
    The buggy needs new battery tray (dont mind the duct tape holding the batterys in). I milled a tray out of a hunk of plastic but it eventually cracked and snapped due to the width being to thin.
    Speed control has an issue. I pulled this thing out of a box and tried to run it one day and now its on and off and wont run. Castle can warrenty the speed control for $70 I believe? A new speed control is around $150. The motor is strong i plugged it into another truck i had and worked great!

    No radio because i need it for my other trucks. Have lots of extra wheels with tires already glued and extra arms and what not

    Took the spartan I picked up earlier this week out, just on the stock nimh batterys. It floats and runs so now i gotta redo the cooling lines and throw a decent prop on it and try it again on 6s :D
