Added this badge to the glovebox door. IMO the interior is too plain,but not anymore.

 

that's actually kinda classy

factory should do that instead of the bedside stickers. serious.

 

I rinsed off the cover with water and dried w/ microfiber towels, then I used painters edge tape around the center edges and taped/wrapped the rest of the cover in brown paper.

I sprayed it with several light coats, waiting about 5 min in between coats. Might have taken mabye ten coats to get it like I wanted. Lightly brushed off some buildup at the end with a paper towel.

Then I used some regular black craft paint for outdoors applications and painted the raised lettering and symbol with a small brush and a steady hand. Prolly took 2 hrs, half that literally spent watching paint dry.

Thanks for the compliment. When I saw it on eBay, I had the thought of adding it to the glovebox door. I agree,they should have some kind of badging like this instead of decals.

Still can't figure out how to add custom back ground though

 

I took my bed rack off and returned to the fabricator to have my Rotpax mounts mounted and relocate hi-lift mount from the right side to the back bar over the tail gate of the rack. I also sent my All Pro bumper off to be powder coated.

Installed bilstein 5100's all the way around, set front shocks at .85 inch, alignment, pop & lock, painted wheel center caps black, husky liner molded mud guards all the way around. Lot of stuff over the last few days, just finished it all up today

They look like the Texas Edition wheels

 

Replaced my steelies with TRD Off Road rims. Not a huge upgrade for this place but moving up in any direction from the steelies is huge. Totally changed the look of my truck.
