Today i sacked up and decided to do the BHLM, i ended up getting the headlights out and everything and backed out when it came time to put them in the oven because i wasnt sure on what all had to come off. Does that grey backing come off where those 3 torx bolts are?
    Thank You in advance!

    Yep.
Yeah remove the 3 screws and take everything else off, the little black weather strip stays on. throw them in the oven at 200 for 8 mins, take it out and use some man to pry the shells apart. I had to put them in the oven twice to finally get them apart.

What do you mean "grey backing"? The grey adhesive will come off but the fixed parts should separate intact.

the clear plastic front of the headlight will seperate from the gray backing but you gotta use patience and some strength.

I dont think your throw em in at 200 for 8 mins? dont you pre heat oven for like 3 mins. at about 250 then turn off oven then throw em in for 6-8 mins?

300 for 8 mins. As long as you can heat it up enough so you can pull the headlight apart. Be careful, be sure not to burn your hands.

krylon fusion...and you reheat the plastic and the adhiesive should be enough to keep it back together and sealed. it was on my old one. some add extra clear sealant around the lip for more moisture security

Lol the i did the right headlight first, i did the whole 200 degrees turn the oven off leave it in for 8 minutes, didnt do anything. I turned the oven back 200 put it back in for another 8-10 then it worked, so on the left one i just put it in for 15 came apart a lot easier then the right headlight.
