ahh thanks, that info helps a lot. I read and looked through the descriptions and it didn't say much about requirements, but the pictures gave me a good idea of what it would be like. Ill most likely be in on this one.

    hah its nothing.
back in CA it would either be Hollister OHV which is a 2 hour drive, or the tahoe national forrest which was about 4 hours.

yeah Tahoe definitely had the best off roading and free camping. We always had the summer camping trips there cause there's plenty to o and its so beautiful. But it was a trek to get to. Fort Collins to Denver is nothing. haha and I want to get out before school starts on Monday :(

What aren't you lifted on 33's? That is all that is needed. You can skip SOB hill if you want.

Not sure as I haven't been but it is on a shoot off the main trails we are doing. So the thought would be that if you were unsure you could park and ride along.

Just got back and unloaded. I will see what pics we have. Good times even though we could not find SOB hill. So Bob get your shit fixed so we can go back out to the area and tackle it.

Found a great rock to pose on guess what? Shackle flip does NOT limit up travel and I was able to stuff all the way to the bump stop with room to go on the shocks and on the shackle. The EXPO packs while longer then stock still are the limiting factor and the cause of neg arch. So someday in the future I will have to take a trip out to Alcan and configure a custom pack.

sounded like you guys had some difficulties navigating the area

it sounded like SOB was hard to find, and i guess that was true...

so many trails up there and a lot of them dead end, a map is key up there.
