Pair of 2nd Gen headlights, lenses have a little bit of scratching on them, but a good spare pair/housing to use for BHLM. You'd want to use your current lenses if you do the BHLM, but a good practice pair if you eff up the painting.

$50. Local pickup only. Text me @ 530.613.8719 if you want pictures

Was up at McArthur-Burney Falls this weekend and it was pretty crazy early Saturday morning starting around 3am.

I think I was about the only one that had the rain fly on my tent as I was actually woke up by all the noise of folks yelling at their tent mates to get up and put the rain fly on. Everyone was scrambling to get the covers on. It was fun to listen to. :)

Decided to get out of my tent to check stuff out as I kinda like thunderstorms. Unziped the door/rain fly of my tent, stood up and FLASH, insta night blind from the lightening. Stood there a couple seconds to recover and BOOM, thunder rolls across the sky for a good 20 seconds. Pretty awesome to behold really. It didn't really stop until about 6am.

Talked to the park rangers Saturday morning to make sure everything was cool (no fires) and there were no threats in the area. I was a little concerned as I have experienced something similar at Union Valley in the 1980's, being woken up by park rangers on bull horns/PAs telling everyont to GTFO (no packing, just get in vehicles and go) as you crawl out of the tent to choking/blinding smoke and drive out with a faint orange glow through the trees. Everything was good this weekend though.

We did have a good amount of smoke/ash move in late Saturday/early Sunday from the Lassen fires. Everything was sprinkeled with ash/soot and it was still smokey driving out to redding Sunday afternoon.

So you let the fire go out while you were searching for a beer to put in the chair's cupholder?

Is that the campground just east of the HWY 50 and 89 split? On the lake?
