Those f5s are sick. Will A 255/85/16 tire fit on those?

I didn't get a chance to take pictures when I was out tonight, so I snapped one on the way in.

This all is dependent on the tire manufacturer's recommendation. However, I do know for a fact that BFG 255/85/16 KM2 are approved for an 8" wheel. The answer to your question would be yes, but always check with the manufacturer's specs.

    That's good to hear:cool:.

Now everyone is going to think that my wheels come with mud on them;). Great job getting them nice and dirty Cody.

The km2s is what I'm gonna put on them. The tires won't look stretched like them hawaii trucks right?

255's are still 10" wide so on an 8" rim they won't be stretched.

f5's look great with a little dirt on them!

    PM sent.

As Brett mentioned, the width is still 10" so I think you're safe. Here's an example of 255/85/16 on a 16x8 wheel. It does not look stretched at all.

    http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/foru...279-post-your-black-rims-your-black-fj-fj.jpg

I'm 99.9% sure they will. I will be doing this upgrade pretty soon on my own 1st gen so I'll know soon myself.

Everyone else, thank you for posting the pics. I like dirty wheels.

Not yet:(. Let me know if you want to be the first:D.

Unfortunately, we have no plans for that lug pattern. The market is just not there for us to jump into that right now.
