If it is a tree you would really like to keep, contact Sherrill Tree and buy some Merit injectible insecticide. You drill small holes around the truck, every 6 or 8 inches, insert the tip of the capsule and pressurize it. The chemical translocates through the tree, killing all insects feeling on living wood, sap and leaves. Last time I bought some for Wooly Adelgids on Hemlock each capsule ran me like $12. Kind of pricey, but if you enjoy the tree, its worth every penny. Plus its cheaper than hiring an arborist to do a technical take-down.

1600$ for the tent, 700$ for the supporting beams. Built by ARB for toyota. and folds up and zips down for travelling. kinda nifty but pricey as hell.

better than 1600 for the ARB version? how much and where from?

I went with a brand that's about 1/2 the cost of ARB...

    when compared side by side

the tepui, arb, and CVT are identical other than small, very small differences

when set-up that have the same mounting set-up, the same fly set-up the same awnings

the ARB comes with a slightly larger rain fly, but is a slightly larger rain fly worth 2 times as much

ultimately im about 1400 into my rack and tent with the Simpson III equivalent, I would not turn it down one second just because it was too much, the storage, the set-up the set up anywhere you want and sleep in 5 minutes is amazing :D

Very nice I have two of them. One had about 2000 hours on it, the other around 200. Did you by any chance purchase that from Cody's?
