Oddly enough I've never been a football fan so usually if the Cowboys get beat I'm happy just seeing all the pissed off people. :D

Parents picking up the Steed tomorrow after taking it to the dealership without telling me. Rental car for the week. Blatantly ignored what I told them about the P0420 and P1135 codes I got from the reader. Already knew what were the issues. Quite an annoying day. :annoyed: Almost 3500$ for repairs :brianr: Rockauto made my day.

Basically 3 main issues with the catalytic converter and muffler.

    -PIPE ASSY, EXHAUS(Cat) 1306.76$
    -PIPE SUB ASSY, EX(Cat) 945.81$
    -PIPE SUB ASSY, EX(muff) 473,92

Something about them being clogged or some shit. Im 70% sure it has to do with the PO420 code. I gotta work tomorrow so my dad and brother are going down to discuss the issue and hopefully they can fill me in later as I work all the way in The Colony. Its nothing detrimental to the effects of crippling my truck, just giving my really bad emissions and mpg I believe. Was averaging about 15-16mpg everyday to work or so all highway btw. Everything else they listed is just simple maintenance issues I can do myself. Gaskets, new timing belt and water pump, etc. I just want to understand where they came up with the prices. I mean do they intend to replace the whole goddam converter or what. Guess ill just have to wait to dig into it more tomorrow or the weekend. :goingcrazy:
