Sorry was away all day. I bought the grill for $188 shipped from Jorge @ CamelBack Toyota.

I heard that the prices just went up to $225 !!!! (I bought mine 10 days ago!)

I have someone that is willing to buy the old chrome grill from me so my out of pocket might be $40 or so ;-)

    This.

There MIGHT be some trucks were derping the chrome surround looks okay, but that color truck isn't one of them.
I agree, the chrome surround sucks ass, but with the guard up front it's not obvious (in the photos).
Just leave it or go color-matched.

Grills (chrome or not) have resale value so you could wait and do the Satoshi (assuming you are going to buy it & not make it) you're looking @ $400+ / grill sale $130-150ish so that mod would cost you $270ish.

Mine cost me $6 for PlastiDip from Loews and $40 (net) or so for the grill - and I really like the look.....but I have not been a huge Satoshi guy....like 'em just prefer to put $ into other things on the truck....

I honestly can't stand the way my truck looked with the bone stock front end...I had to throw the bumper guard up there to block some of the chrome.

I think I made up my mind...I'll keep the grill stock, in case something comes up and I need to sell the truck...and just pull the trigger on an OEM color matched 2011. That way I can satoshi it later on without losing my stock grill.

Thanks for the input, and it looks like derping is winning in the polls! :D
