Wish I had more land so I could run my compressor without bugging the neighbors. I'm way more productive at night, and right now I have nothing to do.

I could be tearing into my Willys rebuild right now....

Yeah probably a decade ago a friend and I would get more mods done at 1 in the morning than in the middle of the afternoon lol. I remember using spotlights for lighting and as a heater lol.

My bottle slipped off once and I can tell you the oil all collects on the skid plate. It's a PITA to get all the oil out unless you pull the skid. I've got a small Pepsi bottle I use for brake bleeding and to catch the oil from the filter. I just wedge it in there before I unscrew the filter and no mess to clean up afterwards.

Look at all you guys with digital photos of your cars at 20 years old. If I want to find a pic I have of my car at 20 I need to look through all the photo albums because they are real photographs. LOL

Don't feel bad. I don't have any pictures of my first 4 vehicles other than hard copy prints. I wish I had a couple of the Z71, I really liked that truck!

I don't know any places in RI to wheel, in northern RI I don't think there is any. Not legal anyways.

Ok so a few of you have been talking about having a late summer/fall meet. Just throwing this out there, how about doing a beach wheeling meet/cookout. I know there are places both down the cape and in RI. Anyone know any details for beach wheeling?

None yet but soon all black.

You need a permit for beach wheeling. There are a few places in cape cod but you need to be a resident of that town to get a permit. It sucks ass. There is a few beaches near my cape house but i ask and they said you have to be a town resident of that town to get one and its like 150 a year. Its freaking crazy. They could make more money having other people buy and join it but no:mad:.The only one I know it Race Point Beach, Provincetown, MA on the tip of the cape. Here is the prices.

    Price:
    ORV Annual - $150
    ORV 7-Day - $50
    SCV Annual - $225
    SCV 7-Day - $75
There will be up to 400 7-Day permits active at any time and 3000 annual permits available.
So we would need to get a 7 day permit and then we can get up to 6 trucks i think on one permit. It sucks:mad::mad:

Yea... I looked into that but it's not real wheeling. There are strict speed limits etc.

ORRRR we could just go to Holbrook to Billy's house and have a meet and cookout there!

Well I was looking after I posted and found out that the P-town area. 7 day (min) pass is $50. You do not need to be a resident, just a small list of regulations. They have three beaches to travel approximately 2 miles long each. Hibachi's and Camp fires are permitted but fire needs an extra but free permit.
I figured alot of guys want to go wheeling but never want to mess up there shit so this may be a good way for them to get out.
Or we could just do a cookout at his house.
    It's up to everybody.

I am in for either one. A line up of tacos and maybe some 4runners on the beach would be a cool picture.

I might have to buy a front bumper for a 2009 Corolla (non-S model). Anyone know where I should look? Found some on Amazon for nearly $100 and other websites for a little more. I think these are not painted.

How much would I be looking at for paint anyway?

Yes it would be. I'm in for the beach. I think that's the best idea and would be cool.
