A-TRAC/TRAC/AUTO LSD Explained (Easy to understand, I hope!)

Thats great..but I hope that they are built because I rather not spend the day performing trailside repairs

I would never expect nor would I have any need for anybody to help with trail side repairs. Plus you can lead the way so when my ATRAC fails and the Jeeps blow up at the mere site of the trails you wont be slowed in anyway.

We will probably do them at night after we are good and liquored up anyway

 

There is no back tracking you just didn't read. Go back and you will see I said 05+ from the start. As for experience, if your talking specifically about Johnson Valley, I will concede to that since I have never wheeled there I have only been once and it was for KOH (still saw way more jeeps probably 20:1). If your talking about experience offroading in general I will just laugh and leave it at that

And your here because of it! Without it you would probably have been stranded 100's of miles from civilization with no food or water and a pack of dingos hot on your tail!

 

Did the brake pump sound like "fap fap fap" while it was active?

Yikes!! Glad I have the front locker. Wouldn't want to trust the computer to decide whether or not it wants to stop that spinning wheel from spinning, and when.

Thats always end up like that when somebody insist some crap is miracle device.
Kudos for David K on writing up modes for that garbage system. He thinks its great I think its garbage. (just like others)
I think he is upset he wasted money on TRD with the ATRAC. I would not.
Thats like wife when buys some non functional junk and then tries to spin her mistake into some justification.
David that traction control was junk back in 2001 when Toyota started installing them. Its still junk today even on Toyotas $70k SUV.
