Yeah, it's kinda scary! lol But as long as you turn your key to the LOCK position, disconnect the negative cable from the battery, and wait 90 seconds before doing any work within the SRS and airbag, the entire system will disarm itself! ;)

    Supper jealous!

Same color DC, I wanted a color matched shell but got tired of looking so I ended up with a black one. It actually looks decent but would still prefer color matched.

Here is the best way to do the hoses.

Take a few GOOD pictures first!

then take some tape and pull them off one at a time. Every time you take a hose off put a piece of tape on the hose and the metal tube it came off and label it with the same number. This way when you go to put it back together you just match the numbers.

Honestly a TB doesn't have that many hoses so it shouldn't be an issue.

But yes you can remove the hoses and not have any issues as long as they go back on of course :p

Yeah thats everything including the labor. Dealerships are always so overpriced. Then again maintance on vehicles is where most of there income comes from. We'll see what happens when I get home today. Brother and sister going to pick it up. I dont believe its anything detrimental thats going to keep me from driving it. Mainly has to do with my Catalytic Converter emissions or something along those lines. Going to do some more research about it when I get home. Cross your fingers! Thinking positive thoughts!:D

    Just reiterating what Monte said.

When I took my TB and MAF off the truck I just labeled everything with painter's tape and sharpie. I would label both the hose and corresponding port/inlet with "A" and so forth.

In fact I do this with everything I disassemble. It's my way of madjik_man fool proofing.

As for crud or stuff getting into the exposed hoses and inlets, I didn't cover them up or anything and I was fine. My engine wasn't too particularly dirty at the time and I was pretty careful and deliberate when working with things.

I drove around with that P0420 code for like 15k miles without it making a difference. Just drive it or put in an O2 sim so keep the light off.

Thanks guys, I'm new on here and trying to figure all this out. Haha read on here all the time but not done any posting till now.

Yeah I got about 70,000 miles outta my Michelin AT2. They were great but the tire rubber was showing a lot of cracking all over with in a year of having them on... :/

No over all lift, just some 5100s in the front set at the setting to level it out. I was out the door with the tires right about $920. Was the best local price and it was at the local shop I've gone to since I started driving. I don't have to worry about them not doing it right, they treat my truck like I do.
