Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.

That is becauses they won't acknowledge the issue. My buddies 01 Ranger looks worse than any tacoma frame I have seen and they won't do anything about it. From what he states, there are many people with the same issue. I have yet to confirm this though.

Which is why my Dad switched to Chevy after all the Fords were shot in 2 years.

I wont say they are "great", but I will agree that all companies have exceptions.

    True.

none except for crappy hub caps and floor mats.
If Toyota made an electric tacoma with say- a 300 mile range and within the same cost, sure- I'd consider it. There's a guy down the street from where I work who owns a Tesla- an all electric sports car that costs 100k. The thing is FAST. That's the cool thing about electric cars. They have craploads of torque.

yep, a combustion engine will never win against an electric motor. That would be the ultimate work truck if it had good mileage on a charge.

As a previous owner of a 7.3L F-350 power-stroke, which is indeed one of the best trucks Ford has ever produced, I agree Ford does not sell the most trucks for 20 years by making a unreliable truck. It just takes copious amounts of ignorance.

I had an F-250 Diesel for 6 yrs and only had a master cylinder go out on the breaks. No other issues. Just got to be tiring to drive that thing every day.

Rock on. I had the 7.3 in my 97 f350 short bed short cab 4x4 (5 speed) back in 1997. That thing would pull the old off grandma. That was a great motor. What the hell happened with the 6.0 and 6.4? Junk.
