You sound like the Tennessee, Florida, and Clemson fans. Seems like everyone who has a losing streak against the Gamecocks tend to point to history... probably because they dont like the present. Looking forward to making it 3 in a row this October.

How do you figure? From your logic, you think the chickens will beat their western div opponents. Now before you cry foul about the schedule, look back at when spurrier was at UF, NEVER once did he complain about UF's easy sched...

As far as sched goes, see other posts. It's easier to point fingers when you aren't near the level as UF was when spurrier was there...

All this talk about SS, what do you think about Les Miles comments about not wanting UF as their permanent opponent because it adds a tough game to the schedule every year?

 

LOL back into the SECCG and think yall are world beaters, how is that any different. I mean is it really that far fetched with the team USC has this year to think we can win it? This isnt your daddy's gamecock teams. I think UGA loses to USC and one of Tenn, UF or Mizz.

 

Can't say that I blame him, after all he does the rest of the west to deal with...although UF won't be on that level for quite some time...having tough opponents week in, week out can hurt a team and weak opponents makes it hard to get up each week. So it's kind of a draw...

 

exactly. These coaches arent idiots. They want the easiest road possible.

 

I think he should get out of the SEC if he is afraid of tough games.

I'm gonna go with Mizzou, simply because Rich won't have them prepared properly IMO.
