Thanks man. I'm still trying to go for the clean and simple look. Plus, I'm just super anal with the interior. The outside can be muddy (like it is now)but the inside HAS to be clean and organized. Lol

    Doooo iiiit! :D

Just picked up a Uniden 520xl CB today. This week Ill be grabbing the rest of the components: Firestik bundle(4' firestik, mount, wiring) and a 50w PA speaker to mount under the hood. CB will be hidden inside the center console. Install this weekend.

Also this weekend: center console organizer, re painting my lower bumper, and maybe doing some more trimming of the front fenders along with painting the cab mount chop.

Next month im getting the grill re painted.
stripping, standing, etch priming, and re painting the mesh of the Satoshi.
Ordering my Icon leaf packs and DE extended shackles.
And installing all including extended top plate studs for the Taco lean spacer.

Truck will be done, looks and stance wise..

The following months will be misc stuff like new ballasts for the Hellas and new LED strips to replace my current rock lights.

Along with Avid hybrid sliders, new Mickey Thompson wheels, and I still need to come to a decision about my seats... Either wet okoles or leather.

By my birthday next year, the truck should be done.. :)

Then Its on to gettin a house and all that jazz... So I can have room for more toys.. like an 80's Runner crawler ;)

I'm still not 100% man. Lol Idk.. I'd really like to keep this as my nice, but still capable daily... And get a crawler. Nothin too beat up.. something street legal, dependable, but if I get scrathes or dents.. Meh. Lol

That could change tho.. who knows. Right now I just want to finish my original plans.. then go from there.

I commend your ability to resist. Most people including me take the $10k ride and its all over. I think you need to go on another ride when we go to Glamis :D

    thanks man..

I just think this is the best plan for my needs and use. the truck did pretty good as is.. im thinking sliders and skids (which i forgot to add to the list) will help and make me feel more comfortable on the trails.

Its going to be the weekend before Halloween, the dates are Oct 19-21. Figured an off weekened would be better for people that havent been there and more space for running the trucks

Lol. Probably a decent amount, if not all the way. :)

The whoops are what slowed me down.. after I got past them, I could gun it. By then, it was a pretty steep climb.. had to go in 4hi locked in low gear. Lol

just washed the majority of the mud off.. still dirty as hell tho. lol

need to take the grill off and wash behind it.. vacuum and deatil the inside..

definitely need to paint the lower bumper since its peeling.. badly.

as well as the light bar and light bar mounts behind the grill.. the paint is peeling and showing the bright annoying aluminum.. :(

gonna plastiderp the lower bumper Sunday, and when i get the grill painted nexgt month, ill take the mesh and light bars off, sand, etch primer, and paint.. should be good to go after that.. all new paint for the front end. cant wait.
