Get the DC TRD Sport/OR and save yourself 7K. I would love to have heated seats in mine but I wouldn't dare pay that for the package. If you can get 0% percent on one and take 7k off, think of the extra cash you would have to "make it your own" on your own. Regardless, It's your preference. I wish I would have done the same as you and posted on here prior to my purshase. I paid 29K after tags and taxes out the door for my 2010 DCLB TRD sport with 30k miles. I did get a bumper to bumper 100k Warrenty but feel like I over spent after some time on here. Unfortunately, these Tacos are priced out the ass around my area. I wanted nothing else so I pulled the trigger. It's all preference and what you value. Good luck

"LIMITED" = how many people will want one, what you will be doing to your credit, what you will want to do that might harm resale value, appeal, how many they will sell, etc etc etc

Get what you want and tell everyone else to F-off. Its your money and you cant take it with you.

If you like nice shiny things and you can afford it, why not.

You still wont get much money off of that sticker because its an early entry model and there are plenty of people that will line up to buy it.

A comparably equipped F150 is going to run you $50k.

Buy it, debadge it, and sell the emblems. Nobody cares that it says "limited" on it anyway. What do you like?

Missing My Last Tacoma --- Had 11 Toyota trucks in the past and many other Toyota cars too.
    .
Seems a bit expensive for what you are getting. It that a Toyota OEM or a Regional Package ??

If I go to Toyota and build a 2012 DC long bed 4x4 with the Sport upgrade package and add on all the extras to make it comparable to the one they have listed (entune, floor mats, running boards, etc.) it comes out to 36,600. so it's not very far off a current fully loaded.

the msrp on my 2012 TRD Sport dc 4x4 was 34K including a few south east toyota add ons...

leather seats and s few more goodies and it could have easily been 37-38K.

ARB bumper, warn 9.5 winch. carbon fiber hood. Leer top with thule racks and MOAB from thule. Electric fans, blue sea fuse block, Sony dvd Head unit, Xm tuner and HD tuner. New carpet and new racing seats. ( other half doesnt like them i think). Nwor springs and adjustable coil overs. Sky jacker rear shocks. Slot and drilled rotors. Engine Titanium ceramic coated headers, no cat, jba cat back. URD Rear Sensor Simulator. Leds all around and inside cab and HID H4 hi/lo beams.
Looks like toyota will keep the 4.0 going not to do a redesign..

same as everyone else, for that price you could get a baja and talk that down, way better than a silly limited package, looks like heated seats and a shit load of ugly ass chrome accents. chrome is a thing of the past, even the chromed out wheels on the 12 appearance package are hideous.

Oh, and I'm in the upholstery industry, so I am gonna say that "SofTex" is NOT actually leather. I'm gonna guess that's a high grade vinyl meant to mimic leather look. If you want heated leather, there are some really nice aftermarket leather seat covers with heaters.

None yet. Bed cover, brush guard, leveling kit coming soon.
Screw it I'd offer them 2,000 over sticker if they can get it by the 10th. Ain't nothing but a payment.
