1st year at ISU? What are you going into?

What kind of birds? Maybe we could get together and do some hunting this fall:D
I will hunt pretty much anything, but I have never been waterfowl hunting so not sure what kind of a shot I will be on the fly. haha. The wife lives for duck hunting though. I'm more of a deer hunter myself.

What year is the firebird? Got any pics:D

He lives in Downey which is about 20-30 miles south of Poky.

and Ben's tires are still pretty new and I doubt there is a huge market for that size so they could be hard to sell if Ben bought Adam's.

Yours shouldn't be too hard to sell. I meant Ben's super skinny tires will be hard to sell.

Who was it that blew their tax return on a tow truck?:p I think that could count as a fail or close enough. haha

    1st year and Computerized machining.

I shot my 1st elk (a cow) this last November in Soda Springs. Was a lot of work, shot her in the top of bufu land mountain and spent 2 days back packing her out (my first experience with both quartering and back packing big game, haha). Due to work and school I'm not going elk hunting this year, which is ok, cuz I am actually pretty sick of eating elk... not the best meat out there.

I see:rofl: I wish I had a winch... I would be way more excited to go drive up some trails this winter and see just how far I can get before I get stuck then just winch myself around to get out, well hopefully get out. I want to see how these tires will do in the snow.

It depends on each elk, first big game was 6pt Elk and he was tasty, if you shoot a cow, shoot a young one since much more tender. And I am a farmer so I have connections to those with pack horses.

Gtfo. I would eat elk three meals a day if I had enough in the freezer. You must have not let the meat cool or shot her after she ran a long way or something. The only wild game I would take over elk is cougar meat. It fries up white like pork but without any fat and is so tender you can cut it with a fork. The key to getting really tender meat of any species is to age it for about a week at 38*F. It's been my experience that the sooner you get the meat cool the better it will taste. Shutterbug is right though, the old lead cow is pretty chewy and I'll take a 2-3 year old critter over her any day.
