    Not that I agree... But if you post anything that can be sensed as aggressive and you do have to shoot someone... Even justified... It can be used against you saying that you are aggressive and were predetermined to shoot. Don't forget, chivalry cases can find you guilty even after you are cleared in local court. We live in a bleeding heart, litigious society. This was the topic from our legal advisor at our last gun club meeting. Just putting it out there.

    Yeah, one wonders how the courts have gotten around that one. Like so much in this country, the "rules" are bent past the breaking point. Even criminal cases aren't typically.

    Yet so often people are tried by those that aren't an equal. Look at Michael Jackson's doctor - you think any of his jurors were any sort of medical personnel, much less physicians?
