Why dont you just rattle can the bumper ? All that Line X, Rhino Line crap costs a lot and dont even hold up all that long. Powder Coat eventually fades and cracks.. At least you can always apply a new coat of spray paint if you mess it up or when it starts looking like shit

X2..for off road application on a bumper? A waist of money. And you seem particuly anal to your truck so any chip from the rhino line will just end up killing you on the inside. But if its spray painted its always easy to touch up. Just about everything only taco is spray painted to include my rims and I bet you wouldn't know it unless I told you.

By all means powder and clear coat the thing. Or get the super awesome UV protection do you won't have to armor all it. With that skyjacker lift it won't ever get touched so do what you will.
