    not too bad, I was gonna install and attach on the inside of the fender lip, that proved to be a bear as the sheet did not like to bend that aggressively, plus this way I can remove the fender and the inner liner will stay put. It took roughly 2 hours to cut, trim, test fit, trim and seal with RTV.
    It made the ride much more quite in the cab and now I wont get the rats nest in the intake, ya it happened, I was wondering why the truck had limited power after a 30k tune, opened up the intake and a dead rat and nest was inside, bastard.

    I used tapping sheet screws to attach to the fender lip, anyone could use rivets or a smaller head screw for a low profile appearance.

    Greg you could build in a flap to accommodate a wheel cover to act like a mud/debris flap, although even if you do go with thicker material ABS does not like UV over time and will bend and per-shape under heat and air pressure. Mcmaster does carry industrial grade thick rubber sheets you could cut and attach and would weather much better

    1 sheet of 24x48 inch, I could have just used 1 sheet for both, but it was mostly trial and error.

    I got 2.5 with bils set at 0. Ive heard of people getting no lift and some people getting 3".

    You are more then welcome to come with me, I am always riding solo, unless you absolutely refuse to get into a Jeep, haha!
    I am thinking maybe Sunday? I think I have to work on saurday.


    So let me know if we have a trailrun on Sunday of that works for you guys. 4wd only, some steep stuff that will require it, not as much fun just driving around on the fire roads, i want some steep rocky hills! Much more fun.

    Your going to like it, especially with me behind the wheel, I like difficult stuff and going fast (yeah I know thats blasphemy in a Jeep), but thats how I roll, but without rolling if ya know what I mean..

    Haha! Once I have the coilovers installed and the new air bumps I just got then it might be a good idea to have helmets, going to install some 5 points before desert season (Starting Haloween or sooner depending on temperatures..




    later dudz, truck is all packed up for going to the racetrack (Pala raceway)on the motorcycle, going to have some fun today! Yay! Bringing the 2 stroke this time.

    But it does bring up a question, why is it with these "high end" (& expensive) rebuildable shocks & coil overs it seems like you guys have to rebuild them every few months ? (& I'm not buying the "its because we romp the shit out of them" excuse)
