That's why I told him mags and ammo. He just has to much money to spend.

Another good knockoff RDS is the ones at Primary Arms. I have one of the Micro Dots on a range rifle, and I haven't killed it yet. Marshall is a good guy too.

And yes, Flem's my favorite :)

Definitely putting one of these on my .22lr suppressed SBR if my BIL doesn't come through with the Chinese knock off EOTech first.

    A suppressed .22lr?

My neighbor's Airsoft already makes more noise than my AR22... what are you hunting, sleeping mice?

Nice! Where do you shoot your AR up in the WF? I make it up there quite a bit for work and see loads of wide open ranches up there. Do you have your own place to shoot?

I have a 200 acre hunting lease that I shoot at. Ive built a couple target stands and once it cools down a little more im gonna build a shooting bench to shoot our bolt guns from.

We also have a field and stream shooting range here but its really old fashioned. "at least 2 seconds between shots. so standing and shooting except for the pistol range." very old folk'ish.

I like to train and I live in a neighborhood filled with liberal doctors and such. .22lr because its cheap, SBR because I have a registered receiver that is taking up room, and suppressed because what I do is no one's business. Plus it would be nice to have something hollywood quiet. I can shoot all day for $25 with this rig. I already have the suppressor (SilencerCo SS Sparrow) and the lower in possession, just putting the upper together for the build piece by piece. Here is a picture of the dedicated .22lr lower with my 8.5 inch upper.

The barrel will be 4.5 inches and the suppressor is five inches and it will be partially swallowed by a 7" DD Lite rail or a 7" MI rail.

I've got a PWS MK114 and absolutely love it. Added a Aimpoint PRO and some newer Magpul furniture. Wouldn't mind owning a Larue Tactical AR though. :D

The only people I'v e ever had ask that are those who have never shot one. A suppressed 22LR is the quietest firearm you can build. It's absolutely ridiculous how quiet they are. I have a subsonic 300 BLK setup - my suppressed 22s are less than half as loud. For plinking, training, or hunting, a suppressed 22 is an insane amount of cheap fun!

I built my ar15. I have almost $2k in it but it was worth the price! I put a PSA lower and Stag Arms upper with Magpul trigger guard, pistol grip, and stock and mags. I also got a silver military grade firing pin. Key is to keep it lubed well and you shouldn't have any problems with any price range ar15 you buy. Here's mine though
